Yeah, I know it was CyberPowerPC. It's the name of the fricken computer. I'm saying that CPPC custom paint ONLY the S340 like that.

Comment reply on Dyce101's Completed Build: Cyber Power Built PC

That case is an S340, not an H630. CyberPowerPC custom paints the S340s red or orange, and that cable management bar gives it away.

Sure, no problem. I think you'll love PC gaming. :)

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Thoughts on this build, also graphics card.. Bottlenecks???"

  • 1 point

Oh yeah for sure. I understand you can only spend so much on it right now, so in the future it will be great. As long as you play games that utilize it (there's a list on Nvidia's website for SLI, so I am sure there is one on AMD's website for Crossfire), it will run two times as good as it does with just one GPU. Though if you don't play many games, I don't think you will need to Crossfire it.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Thoughts on this build, also graphics card.. Bottlenecks???"

No bottlenecking, looks good. You could eventually get another GPU too.

You can do a light OC with the cooler that Cubehamster gave, but if you want to OC a large amount a water cooler would be better.

Also, what case do you use? Or, at least, what is the CPU Fan Clearance height?

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Possibly selling i7/780 Ti build"

It depends on how used it is. If it's only a month or two old, sure 1700 maybe. But if it's been used for a few more months than it's going to go down.

If it's been OCd, gonna go down.

I believe you will experience a few more FPS. Even with the 6300.

What games do you play? CPU intensive games like KSP, Arma (series), and GTA IV will benefit.

I have a question...what's so special about these compared to the other SSDs? They look the same, seem to perform the same, and are priced the same. The only thing that looks different is the letter "B"

Comment reply on Forum Topic "First build in 10 years"

I don't think you will be able to play any game you want. $500 is not a lot to work on. Usually people go anywhere from $750 to $1000 for their first PC, or a build when they haven't built in a while (:P)

Comment reply on Forum Topic "case help."

The H440 is nice and comes in multiple colors. The S340 just came out in red/black or blue/black. (Both by NZXT). The S340 is also cheaper.

Or, you can get the Define R5 w/ window for like $20 more.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Picking a Monitor for GTA5 in this Build"

You lost me on "crucial don't make good SSDs". That's completely untrue. Their SSDs are reliable, fast, and cheap.

For the case, if you don't want a particular color scheme, go with the NZXT S340. They come in black or white and are only $60 (like 40 GBP).

Honestly, not too surprised. They could be taking a year off to observe and see what they can do.

And after dominating the budget GPUs (290/290X vs 970), I don't think they have much to lose.
