Fractal is a nice choice for a silent PC. Great build! I wish I wouldn't went with an R5 instead of the S340 but my quiet fans are keeping me safe from ear damage. +1
I can always come to appreciate a full AMD build. +1
Those are great temps and great component choices. +1
Jethus that price. +1...
Once again, Jethus that budget..+1
MSI cards in SLI or Crossfire are always so damn sexy. +1
Great budget build. Love that i3-6100 man, the single core strength is off the charts for a dual-core. Have fun killing every 1080p game @ Medium to High!
I can feel the 93c under full load from my computer monitor! Kidding, great choice of blower style cards for a Crossfire configuration. I actually wanted to do this instead of getting a GTX 1080 due to it being more unique but meh I don't like ambient temps based around my computer.
+1 for standing out, unlike me who stuck with a GTX 1080 =(
Meh, partially AMD but who wants a full on 24/7 heater in their room? Amirite?
Pokemon stickers... -1
Kidding, +1 because who doesn't know and love what Pokemon is!!
(Those against evolution!)
That GPU sticker though...o_0
+1 for building for your younger brother.
Those sleeved cables on the CPU fans are gross!
Other than that, very beautiful case. +1
Upgrade-able path though? It's also a lower end Z170 so it doesn't hurt the budget too much.
So clean. +1
That CPU cooler has a steep price but I heard it performs really well and silently. How's it treating you so far?
That lighting though!
And that heat though!
Inwin cases are so sexy...
Jesus, the power!!!!
Dang, sucks to have high prices on electronics! I watch a YouTuber who does used builds and he used to shop/live in Japan. He did some great builds under 500 bucks. You should check him out, his channel's name is Tech YES City.
And of course, I realize you have no room but I just thought I'd mention heuheu
Such a beauty put to shame resting on the floor! :(
+1 for taming a beast.
I feel the warmth just looking at this heater, +1.
Dust is a sexy feature anybody could add to their case :\ +1
+1 for being on grass
Thanks, I always enjoy rubbing them on my cheeks. Puts my mind to peace :)
F04 @ Ultra with EVERYTHING ramped up 1080p gets about 50-64% usage per core. It fluctuates pretty often, with highest being 68%
It's already long gone :(
How's the noise levels?
Dang, that case looks so similar to a DIYPC case I saw a few days ago!
Great build with an upgrade-able path. Don't listen to the doubters, THEY ONLY THINK OF THE NOWS AND NOT THE LATERS.
Nice productivity ITX build, those temps remind me of my AMD days.
Fractal cases, so sexy.
Yeah the 400C is great for LED strips. A good competitor to the S340
And by the way, great build.
You honestly get used to it. It should take about an hour at maximum, but be careful not to rush because that's how you drop stuff (Like my FX-6300 on my very first build..).
That'll do. I have heard from a lot of people that these newer components aren't as bad as some parts used to be.
Palit GPU? +1
Dude, we might be soul twins.
Even though I constantly ground myself with the power supply plugged in while turned off, I use the strap. I like to be extra careful because I am dealing with products worth quite some money and had an adventure of 7 days shipping. I read a lot of comments about DOA products but I've never had that problem. Might it be because I'm extra cautious?
LOL dude, that stock cooler is so garbage. I had it on an i3-6100 and after a few months my i3 was a damn heat ball. I've heard about stock coolers going bad after long usage too.
Yeah LOL, first time building and I jus typed in "computer building kit".... don't judge haha
Okay, I'll test for ya. Just for you though :D
Thanks, just wanted to share my opinion xD
Agreed, I think that this is the perfect 1080p card too. I'm going to get a 144Hz monitor and enjoy the buttery smoothness..
Very nice! I don't think I'd be able to stand those aesthetics though :(. I'm a bit of a 50/50 when it comes to both looks and performance.
Yeah I know but I just feel more at peace doing it this way. It's been tested and the thermal differences are in the margin of error. I added in the pics for a good laugh xD
No idea.. lol
I watch too much Tech Yes City, sorry LOL
