Comment reply on GimmeYop's Completed Build: Enthusiast build to replace my 7 year old PC

So for starters nice build. But I completely replaced my "L" shaped desk with an Ikea Hack. As for monitors I went with 2 curved Monitors slightly less in cost Price Matching for $319 @ Best Buy via Microcenter. Was going for a Vega 64 but didn't want to spend $600ish on it. Check it out if you like.

Sounds good mate! Thou not being able to do wireless chat on Xbox sucks. So I guess I'll hit the G635 or maybe a Astro.

I thought your 2 DIMMS on the right were dummy stick-not very bright. You could of gone with a MSI monitor same specs less of the cost. Still clean nice build.

I see you posted a hand full of builds, I didn't know where to start. I've done a handful myself, but that was the only one I cared to post. Last I did HTPC a while ago. I may post that thou its only used for streaming. No more cable for little over a 2 yrs. couldn't be happier. The wraith coolers are ok, but I partial to Cryorig. I've used them on all of my builds since they started a few yrs back. I love the G613 & G603 combo, thou they lack RGB or lighting. I figured I have that covered already :).

I just did the same thing w/son. The 580 is a good GPU, but why not a 590 especially if your budgeting? They say RAM is RAM, which is true, but there is an International body (forget the name @ the moment) that standardizes things like this where what MHZ it will top out at. So faster is better, but doesn't mean you will see a huge increase in your PC. With regards to processing power etc. When it comes to over clocking your processor you want to refer to your user manual for the motherboard. Good thing about RyZen theY are coming out the box ready to be over clock, including their AGPU. Is your monitor free sync or gsync? Here is my recent build.

Nice build I had the P1 as well but not compatible with my MOBO. I was busting my headwhile I was not registering. I had to check their vendor specs for it, that's how I found out it was incompatible. So I had to send it back to Newegg and replace it. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/T83bt6

The keyboard & mouse weren't expensive but you may want to price match if you can. If you care about RGB there is the G703. Same as the G603 just RGB. Same goes with the monitors. I got them from Best Buy

Whew probably could of save a little on the Monitor if you went AMD all the way, thats what I did. Not to brag but I got the MSI MAG 27CQ priced matched at BEST BUY for about $320 a piece. You got a solid case & minimal RGB which I like. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/T83bt6

You have a pretty big heat-sink on the M.2 so the heat shouldn't be problem for you. If you don't use the RGB on the mouse, then why not go the G603? Nice build!
