Thanks! I think I count 5 headers on the mobo itself, all 4/3 pin. You could of course use splitters or a hub to do more.
I forget to respond! I measured, it's around 3.75 inches, depending on the part of the GPU that you rest on.
Funny you mention that... I used the figurine to hold the card while the brace was in the mail. I just sat him on top a plastic bottle cap. I will get a measurement for you when I get home.
Beautiful. I wish I had got the white case!
I actually almost bought the 3400, but went with the 3000, as I read about the lack of support. Mine is running great at 3000 right now using the simple XMP settings turned on. I need to run some more diagnostics, but I am satisfied so far. Good luck!
Yeah, here it is!
It's kinda a reference to why I named it Maximilian.
Thanks, me too!
A lot of the parts are similar to my build! Nice work!
Thank you, I am pretty content with it! Jet was as easy as Amazon, everything came well packaged and quickly. They don't have tax right now (I think unless you live in Cali). Jet was recently acquired by Walmart I believe, so they should be fairly reputable. The more things you buy at once the lower the price goes, and I used the TRIPLE15 code to get 15% off, 3 times.
Thanks! Yeah, I almost went with the 1060, but I decided on this last minute.
No problem, good luck!
The MOBO is really solid, everything feels like it's of high quality. The lighting is very customizable, and you can sync it with the GPU. The BIOS is really nice and intuitive, and the board had no issues seeing all the conponents. Onboard Bluetooth and wifi are icing on the cake. The only thing I am trying to change is the RGB lighting does not turn off unless you turn the PSU off, as far as I can tell.
Yeah, I just saw that when I was writing my review of the fans.... I have switched them now! Thanks!
I like it! How did you get such well spread light inside? NZXT Hue?
Thanks! Yeah, the brace makes me feel so much better about that hunk of money that is just hanging there.
