is your priority games or music? I have a couple of recommendations for both, so I was just wondering
well, do you have a nice DAC and amp? lots (but not all) of headphones in that area can benefit a lot from an amp, and a poor DAC means your really limited on your sound quality. and also a lot of the best headphones are wired, but you can often get a really long cord so you could just leave them plugged in. and does your computer have bluetooth?
Thermaltake view 71, define s2, define r6, lian li o11 dynamic, and the evolv x all have vertical gpu mount support, but the cable and/or conversion kit will cost more, the define r6 is the cheapest of the ones I mentioned (P.S. If you want a smaller case, check oul the level 20 vt, that basically has a vertical mount built in)
Thx, but I'm looking for a founders or something that I can put a waterblock on
What would you pay for it?
Still in box, never opened
Don't need one that powerful, just have a guy selling one fairly cheap
I have done research on the Acer monitor, and that is considered a really nice one by many really good reviewing companies. I have not looked into the other one. I would recommend reading reviews from reputable companies like Cnet, and deciding which one is best for you.
the silent base has better acoustics I believe, it should have sound dampening foam inside, for your use, I would pick the silent base of the two.
it is all a matter of opinion, sure you pay more for the same specs as a pc, but macs are known to be very stable, and to last a long time. Maybe you just want to mainly play games, and just want to get something fairly budget friendly to play on. You would look at a pc since you can get more power for the money, not a mac. that is totally fine. On the other hand, some people who video edit and stuff like that find they like a mac over a pc because of the software and how it runs, and how fast and stable it is. that is fine too.
In the end, it just comes down to preference and workload, not which one is ultimately better. If you like mac, fine, if you like pc fine as well. it is not an issue to fight over, as each person has a different opinion.
he would have to make an epic games account online, and then link his ps4 account.
has it ever popped up? if not, it may be a faulty card, you may want to exchange it
with which gpu? and 1080p 60 hz? in the case of 60hz, you only really need a 1070, and you can get better cooling and stuff
what monitor will you be using? ryzen comes with a stock cooler (which is why I did not add one) that is pretty good as long as you are not overclocking. what are you going to be playing at resolution wise? you could possibly go much cheaper if you are not playing 1440p 144hz or something like that.
this is a build I came up with, it has a good mixture of performance and looks for the price. change the case though, because it is made primarily for liquid cooling. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/28qQhy
edit: there are cheaper parts that run similar (i.e. ram), but as I said, I was going for a mixture of performance and aesthetics
try pulling it out, and putting it back in, it could be a loose connection with the motherboard, then see if it pops up in your playback devices. if it does, set it as your default playback device, and make sure the 3.5mm cable is plugged in to the right slot
have you downloaded soundblaster connect 2? that is required for the audio drivers and such
yea, nzxt sells a conversion kit,
It can be a little difficult, but if you take your time, it should be fairly easy.
one for the GPU, one for the cpu
Ok, actually it is the 75hz model, I must of posted the wrong one, thanks
I'm looking for radiators, pumps, Reservoirs, etc.
what are you running?
First of all, a gtx 1030 will not be fast enough to run a monitor at 144hz, buying one would just be a waste of money, either get a better GPU, or just get a normal 60hz monitor ( i can link one that costs under 100, and is pretty good). second, an hdmi port is only capable of 60hz playback. going from hdmi to display port will not change that. You will A. need to get a better gpu, and B. use a display port cable
check your spam folder
They do but they are just out of stock, just get an aftermarket 1080ti 11gb graphics card. I would recommend evga or asus. they will be slightly faster and run much cooler than the founders edition.
thanks, im also reading that the HD 569 is about the same as the Hd 598 cs, they are a whole lot cheaper, so would those be better?
oh, thanks for the help!!! how do they do for games, how's their soundstage?
they skipped it so the Germans would by it. (nine)
actually, everything, so an allrounder, im not expecting them to blow me out of the water on EDM/hip-hop, but i want them to sound really good for everything else, im actually looking at the 598cs, as i am using them as a mobile headphone, what do you think of those?
Ubuntu studio is a little better version of Ubuntu (has more programs for stuff that is artsy, and for coding)
awesome build!!! love the case!!! +1
wifi extender? better router?
you should get an ssd, it will improve load times dramatically
question, did you install the newest graphics card drives/ update the bios to the latest edition?
alright, i agree, i think i will just get an t1 TB SATA SSD, probably better, as a plan on getting some big games. might even ditch my hard drive, lol
I'm seeing a huge speed difference, the SSD is 3 times slower than the nvme SSD
what are the differences in speed between the two? (your starting to convince me)
i did see that it said it takes about 3 seconds to completely load windows, my SSD takes about 11 seconds
go to file explorer, click on music, click on iTunes, click on iTunes media, left click albums you want deleted, and then click delete.
Hope this helps!!!
btw, how did you do the backplate?
I guess no one noticed that it said gtx 1180, (with DDR5X???? really???) which does not even exist yet. and even if those parts existed, that computer, in such a small area with those parts, would be better off as a portable space heater, if it even lasts ten minutes.
Awesome build!!! I call a feature!!!!!
are you willing to sell just the gpu? if so, how much?
the HDMI one is an HDMI passthrough that goes to the front panel off the case, it goes through the back of the case and connects to your GPU. I'm not sure what you mean by the other one, could you please describe it better, or link a picture of it?
torpedos and nuclear missiles, ill be unstoppable!!! muhahahah!!!
A nuclear-powered submarine, it is pretty much self-sustaining, creates its own water, and electricity for years. and for food.... fish!!!
