Makes sense honestly. A 2070S doesn't even saturate PCIe 3's bandwidth and tbh that GPU should be serviceable for a long time to come, excluding a card failure

Great build, I'd definitely upgrade the GPU next. If you're willing to buy used, you can find Vega 56es on Ebay for under 250$. Otherwise, the best new GPU you can buy for that currently is the 1660 Super. Maybe wait a bit though because the RX 5600 is rumored to be coming soon
