Just put some tape over the XMP LED, black electrical tape maybe? Otherwise fantastic build.

Very. Very nice.

Honestly I'm not a huge RGB person, I mainly stick with black and white, maybe blue if I'm wanting colour. But you made the cyan/hot pink work a la Hotline Miami style.

Motherboard and GPU choices are top notch, I heavily respect an ASUS user. I myself use a Strix 1070 and Z270-AR board in my soon-to-be upgraded personal rig.

Peripheral choice is solid, I'm rocking a K70 Lux and M65 Pro (but don't quite have the Dollarydoos to afford HD700's)

Power supply choice is great, EVGA make some brilliant pieces.

I like the choice to use purely NVME based storage to remove as many SATA plugs as possible...I know firsthand how painful they can be to manage when you have fan controllers and water cooling components hogging them all.

My only "critique" as such is your lack of ultrawide monitor, and while yes this is personal opinion and it is entirely tongue in cheek; ultrawide displays are incredible, and you'll never want to not use one once you've tried it.

Well deserved feature, just stick around for the upcoming build from myself Skydancer. Icarus

Beautiful, not a fan of the whole red thing (imho of course) but still looks stunning besides my own tastes.

I believe those are the Poseidon cards not the Strix ones (that In Win Infinity Mirror gives it away)

Overall you were going to get the feature, there was no question about that.

Great work and best of luck in the future.

The whole flipped thing isn't my style, but I do greatly appreciate the effort and dedication that went into the process.

The Punisher res looks spot on.

Great work overall.

Australia Hype!

Beautiful colour scheme, red/black is overused and I'd say the same for black/green. Black, white and blue is the way of the future. (As stated in my own build Mont Blanc)

The first picture of the painted fans looked scary...as it looked like the paint built up and solidified; but the final product is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and enthusiasm, worthy for that Predator you've hooked it up to.

Fantastic work, enjoy your feature.

Sorry for being so late. I got a 5 day weekend. I believe I put the out lead from the fan hub into one of the chassis fan slots, or there's an extra slot above the CPU fan that I'm using. It's one of the two, also in your BIOS just make sure you switch from DC to PWM or you won't have the control. Cheers.

Please feature this, I will riot if it is not.

Beautiful aesthetics, even if I'm not a fan of orange. Delidding process was easy? I've thought about it but you know, risks (not really looking to spend another $500 on a cpu when my current one hits 5Ghz pretty easy)

Well done

Well done, welcome to the MR. First question you will be asked is whether you applied your thermal paste in a dot or line.

Corsair peripherals are good. I personally am not a fan of red and black; however it does look good from a build standpoint.

Overall good work.

I build PC's as a hobby/job and I've never used any sort of bracelet. I build on a flat, wooden bench and have a big metal support that I touch before handling any components.

Beautiful, try playing with the fan curves to get desired temp/noise.

Also is there extra storage or just the one m.2? That's not a lot....you will probably find yourself running out pretty quick.

Well I mean, from every review I've seen on the 1080ti Poseidon cards they've been quite literally the best 1080ti's yet. Overclocked further than anything (in this case JayzTwoCents) than he's ever seen before, and on water they're even better. Back up your claims when you make them.

Props for using the prettiest damn motherboard in the world. As a diehard ASUS fan it's hard to develop a love for another product, but first the Taichi stole my heart; and then the Designaire just decided to become the new thing in my life.

I love your decision to go with ASUS Not because I love them too much or anything... They're reliable to the grave and I've never had anything fail from them ever.

This build is exactly what I would do if I had the cash to build one.

+10 points for colour scheme.

GPU does need an update, colour of the walls behind it make me a little scared though.

All in all, great build.

like seriously MSI, you don't need RGB on a GPU that is half red
