Did you have better GPU temp mounting the rad on top than on front ?
Nice one ;) !
I've got the same airflow and GPU and I'm hitting 83° ! Have you done something to get low 70s ?
Nice build :) Can you tell me how are the GPU temps ? idle and full load ?
Got the same with pretty same configuration airflow and it's getting super hot ! (83° on benchmark)
Yes I've the same case and I use Cam everyday but I can only set the same color on both strips. Not the top one in blue and the bottom one in purple like you.. Have you plug one of them on the rgb header's motherboard ?
Thanks, I've used it since a pretty long time now, haven't buy it now for this build :) - Next step will be a 21:9 aspect ratio. But with Gsync it's some serious $$$
Thanks ;) The monitor is reeeaaally good ! It's the IPS panel version, so colors are amazing and so are the angles visions. GSync is a blast, I already had this feature on a my 24" AOC monitor and I can't do without now. Games are always super smooth from 50 fps to 100+ fps. It has at leat 3 USB 3.0 ports on it, very usefull too. Very good monitor. A bit of clouding though but I bet we can't really avoid it now :(
Thank you ;)
Love it ! Congratz
Hi :) Great build ! I've the same case, how did you manage to have 2 differents colors for the 2 led strips ?
Can't tell you.
It's awesome, haven't any complains about it.
Thanks ;) ! Love it too.
Scythe Kaze Master II
Thanks a lot ;)
As I said, it was already bought before the build.
I've order the faulty part on the Corsair website. Google will help you through this ;)
That's in exhaust. Intake from the front.
It depends your room temperature too ;) I've tested in quite the same situation than you.
I've changed them for BeQuiet ones now ;)
Haha yeah that's kinda crazy, you're right :D
Everything is runing very well, right now, writing here, my CPU is 25° and my GPU is 32°, perfect. In game everything is below 55° for CPU and 65° for GPU. I haven't any little thing to complain about this build.
Hi, I'm very sorry but I can't really answer to all of this this I'm not using it like the way you want. I just know that it's a beast in gaming so I guess it can handle many things ;)
Thanks for the advice, I'll think about all this ;)
Aah ! Ok, look, I've this one, it won't work like on your, front part is different, http://www.materiel.net/live/68900.jpg .
Thanks ;) Yeah that's a very nice machine to play with.
"so i used those self adhesive cable base mount and position it just on the edge near the front panel bay" yep that's this part I haven't understand, can't see clearly on your picture. In fact I had to do the same thing so I'm interested.
I cant' understand how you manage to place this drive bay... Oo
That's a beast in game ;)
Yes it's perfect for this case, you can look at my cable managment, all was pretty easy. The worst thing in this build was to plug HDD.. Not very well placed.
Hehe ;) thanks.
Really any problem with this card, really. Just have to slide it and - click ! ;) No that's a good combo, for sure.
Haven't try to touch the plexy but there is around 0.5/1cm between the GPU and this window, so that's fine.
Awesome ! Looks challenging !
Hi ! Thank you ;)
I love this combo, you're right, it's a perfect one and I really think they will last few years. I'm running all on stock frequency.
Thanks ! ;)
Hi, do you recommand this CPU Cooler ?
Yep, really good part of this build.
Tonight maybe I'll be closer to your build because I'll try to replace my noisy H100i by my "old" Antec H2o 620, single 120mm Watercooling. If it's maybe less noise, I'll keep it in the build.. Because this high pitch noise from the Corsair one is so annoying.
Oh thank you Zauski ;)
Wow ! What a beast !
I'm running the lastest firmware :( 1.0.7 and still this high pitch noise..
Like him : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRKbCKsD5Yg
Oh hi ! In fact my build is nearly a "homage" ! I've seen your build thinking "Yeah that's exactly what I want" and here we are ;) ! Thanks for checking my build, you gave me many ideas for this one ;)
Thanks, took me lot of time !
Haha thanks :)
No, brand new one :(
That's making this high pitch noise : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRKbCKsD5Yg seems to be the normal noise.. I'm just unlucky that noise frequency is pretty aggresive for me.
For this HDD, that's just for storage and installing games. I've seen bench and for this usage 7200 or 5400 doesn't matter.
Thank you so much
Thank you very much
