Thanks so much. I have more work to do. I need some special tools like long forceps that I have on the way.

I plan to fix the cable management, add the backplate, and fix the ram.

Hmm, the instructions from v1 tech say to use tape. Also, this is what the tutorials say that i have seen online.

My gpu lacks a backplate, and i dont know if it is possible to screw on.

I'd be careful. Air coolers can interfere with RAM slots on mini-itx builds - I know first hand. I had to flip the fan to the other side on my Cryrorig to make everything fit.

I spoke with someone at In Win.

He told me the PSU is good quality. Of course, I doubt he'd say "it's crap" but he seemed reassuring.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Finished my parts list, what cords do I need?"

Would you need any additional cords? In my experience, everything and then some extras are included ie all the necessary power cables ship with the PSU. Other than that, you might need a display port cable or HDMI cable for the monitor.

HI. If you read the OP, you will see the case is intended to be the A1 by In Win, slated for release in May. I absolutely love this case, and it comes with an included PSU with prerouted cables.

The 970 evo just released in the past few days. I think it has a lower price point too, so you might want to look into that. Also, instead of buying a wifi adapter, I'd get a mobo with integrated wifi.

I want to order custom sleeved cables from cable mod. Can anyone tell me what to order?

I believe I need 5 cables - 2 for the motherboard and 3 for the gpu. I am not sure what they are called though.

Please help me out. Thanks!

Comment reply on Forum Topic "What power supply"

This may not be correct - perhaps others can weigh in who know more than I do - but in looking at the mobo manual yesterday, it said not to combine RAM kits. Therefore, you may want to buy a 4x8 kit.

In terms of PSU, I would opt for 750 or 850 just so you don't have to worry about it.

GPU states a recommended PSU of 850 watts.
