Perhiperals is the extra things you need so mouse, monitor, keyboard and you said you only need keyboard right? You don't need a display or wifi? Anyways, here's what I've come up with (Without monitor and wifi), at your budget asethetics is a yes, the case doesn't have a price but it's going on sale on newegg on January the 14th. When I built my pc I used bitwits video which was a really helpful video and is aimed at begginers.
Example of a good streaming setup focusing on budget

It'll be better for you to chose the keyboard you want, I chose Logitech because I they've been good to me.
You'll also need a screwdriver to build the pc.
Ok, so you've missed a lot of details we need to know, but it's ok since your someone new to this site. First I'd need to know your budget ($500,$1000), your location (USA, Canada), and if you need the os and perhiperals which I already assume you need and then I'd be able to make a list for you. :)
Nice build and THANK YOU for comparing a sfx and atx psu, this is just what I needed. But I see the thickness of it is no different, or am I wrong?
The future will hold up to many titles for days yes yes
sees msi gpu... wonders about the two powercolor gpus
It looks pretty sweet, the name makes me already know it's gonna be good haha
Oh yes they are, I went to a winter event once and I tried one of those for the first time, man, they are nothing like regular bikes.
I hope not, but that's probably going to be likely since all the big hardware last year came out then :I
Might want to wait for CES that's happening Monday, you should check out the livestream, it's all about them talking about unreleased pc tech. There's a rumour the RTX 3000 series is supposed to be 50% faster at half the power consumption so yeah... lol.
Wait so Zen 2 was just a refresh and Zen 3 is not? Does that mean Zen 3 will be a even more performance boost compared to Zen 2?
Yeah I'm so hyped for CES I'm really hoping for some juicy details and (hopefully) no long wait dates as I'm thinking of getting a new pc soon. I meant to say Zen 3 though lol there are so many Zens I'm losing track thinking next gen is Zen 2..
Yeah I saw the same thing, I'm really thinking it has something to do with Zen 2..
Maybe like this? PCPartPicker Part List
Here's what I recommend : PCPartPicker Part List
Much better cpu, 4gb of ram is enough unless she haves a bunch of stuff going on chrome, either way you'd always be able to get another stick when you need it. I chose a fast low latency 4gb kit. That case probbaly uses a crappy psu. Also her pc will be lightning fast with a M.2 ssd inside.
If she really NEEDS it : PCPartPicker Part List
You know, this is almost exactly the same as my first build lol, also love the pick of red. And don't worry, 8gb of ram is still enough for games, although you could've gotten faster ram, it's still a beauty
Well, I mean you can still build a better pc for the money, just keep in mind for portability the laptop (still) wins.
This is if you can get the student discount, I believe they come really cheap.
I imagine getting a laptop would be better, imagine bringing a whole monitor, keyboard & mouse on your lap, pc on the side, long power cord across the room during a class session.
What will this be used for?
I see, I wouldn't think the 3600 would become a bottleneck though more like the gpu? A 2070S is overkill for 1080p resolution and is probably the bottleneck here. Either way this guy is going to be able to play in 1080p for a loooooong time.
Yeah that'd be awesome
i7-9700k, the 9700k is a better version of the 8700k that is cheaper then the 8700k anyways. Also I rather the 9700k because your just doing 1080p gaming as you said. And umm for web browsing, well.. I don't think you'll see a difference lol
It's so cheap and still works, also I luv that case the airflow in that thing is amazing.
Oh lol that makes more sense.
Wait your attempting to make your very own cpu?
I don't know much about 3d modeling & texturing but anyways I'll try.. first off you'd want more ram and fast dual-channel memory for ryzen processors.
Your ram kit says 2133mhz which isn't fast and you'd want 3200mhz or something like that. It's also single-channel which means there's only 1 stick of 8gb ram but you'd want dual-channel ram which is 2 sticks of 4gb ram.
So point is, Ryzen performs better with dual-channel +3000mhz ram.
Also you chose a power supply with 850 wattage which is too much and your graphics card only needs 550w, so you can get away with a much cheaper power supply if you want.
Don't need a cpu cooler as the cpu comes with it's own cooler but if you want to get into some overclocking etc then sure. Good choice on the ssd
I think for this stuff it'd be better to get a much cheaper graphics card and get a better processor?.
How much do you want to spend, (USD)
+$3000 Best of the best
+$2000 Really good
+$1000 Still really good
Yes. Maybe no? I'm always seeing pc deals so it's hard to tell. If you go to Canada Computers they have a boxing day flyer and they have some juicy deals.
Ryzen 5 3600X : $249.99
2070 Super : $599
Nvm the cpu although it's still a good deal I didn't realize amd cpus are so cheap now wow.
I like this idea but I think it'd be a more "balanced" build if you downgraded to a 2080 Super which would allow you to upgrade to ryzen 3rd gen/coffee lake refresh
They are all good gpus, I personally would go with the 5500 XT because 1080p 60fps is enough for me.
Also the 1650S is at the same price, might want to look into that.
I'm assuming you need everything for the build? (Perhiperals, OS) also are you in the US?
I think it's the cpu because if your playing on the lowest settings that means lowest res right so 270p? 480p? And your gpu is almost equivalent to a 1050 and I'm sure it can still handle higher resolutions then 270p without lag. And 16gb is more then enough for that game so I think it's the FX-9590.
Sorry for the really late reply lol, to answer your question I dunno any white gpu risers all I found are black ones but yes you can spraypaint yours white no problem.
Nah the monitors won't even show a display, your psu will likely blow up with that many wattage though, and then your 50k pc will catch on fire, and then
Are these prices in US or Cad? Nvm
Actually that'd look pretty cool if he somehow managed to cut 2 circles from the glass the exact size of the 2 fans and the 2 fans behind. If you can picture what I mean.. I think that'd look dope ...
I like that one too but it's really all upto you if you rather higher battery life or more performance & storage
To me I'd go with the first one as I would want a laptop with the more performance so I'd be able to play more unreleased games (Cyberpunk 2077 which I'm so hyped for) before it starts suffering in fps and then having to upgrade to a completely new one which I don't want to do
The battery life on the other one is twice as longer tho so if your a gamer on the go this might be the better option.
How's airflow? I'd love to know what temps you get with that many fans.
I think this will do then : PCPartPicker Part List
What would your budget be in kr?
No but what you can do to maybe stop the lag is enable xmp. You do this by finding it in bios settings.
It's probably your ram, ryzen needs dual channel especially 1st gen. I would return it if you have warranty.
Seems pretty cool, everything will work out I read if you want to do it out of wood Fiber Board is a good option. I've been thinking of doing the same thing actually, I saw that you need to protect it from esd? Tf is that? Anyways all you need is some material and a power switch to get everything working.
Honestly this game only involves clicking no lol? I don't think there'll be a skill difference between a $ and $$$ mouse.
I'd go to a local best buy and click all the mice and see which one I like the most.
All those prices are in US, way over budget for your price point
The threadripper is not a good choice for gaming
Do you need perhiperals/OS? Or is it just the pc?
Hmm how much do you wanna spend? Maybe you'd have to stick with your 1060, let's hope Black Friday/Cyber Monday saves the day.
The 2060 will be also going on sale, maybe that then?
