It screws! Try twisting it and it should get taller

They were the 40cm choice, I'd recommend doing 20cm

I got them from Mod-One and just designed them myself on their site

Hey brother sorry for the late reply. Here is an imgur link for it https://i.imgur.com/OT0LDYz.jpg

I have since added paint filter fabric over the fans for dust and it works wonderfully! My 3D printed shroud is still not here

Hey lukey, I added a bit about temperatures in the bottom of the description if you're still curious!

Since my last reply I decided to do some reading to see why you thought they were so bad. So from what I understand these are TLC drives with few flash dies. I would be better off with MLC drives in a little larger storage configs for more flash dies?

I haven't pulled the trigger yet on anything but the lack of longevity on TLC means I probably will.

GPU temps at >70% load are not great. I'm working on a case mod right now to hopefully alleviate that. I'll get you all that info this weekend when it's finished

I really wish they had a green version of the case like my old H440. Almost did some painting but decided against it since I'm not great with spray.

Thank you!

Yeah the Kraken just felt so wonky to put in with the bulky micro USB cable and the tubes. But, I'm not a fan of branding as it is so I'd have the logo off regardless :)

Thank you!

All speeds except the sequential r/w are on par with my M.2. I was expecting them to be a little better than what they turned out to be but since its so close to M.2 speeds I don't expect I'll be swapping them out soon.

I will be doing better SSDs for boot in the future though.
