I did use a VESPA mount for both, it was compatible at least for me.
Had reward points on Amazon and subtracted it from the total.
Great software and I've been learning to use it the past couple months. Runs really well compared to my old setup, multitasking and rendering is fantastic with Ryzen. I made this a while back with Substance: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/8Xd3w
Whoops, updated post :)
Looks really solid, think I'll go with this and send it to him. The 75hz monitor is a nice touch :) Is it difficult to update the BIOS since its not properly compatible with the Ryzen APU?
It was a spare monitor, if could get another I would >.<
"When this baby hits 88c, you're gonna see some serious ****."
Asus ROG SWIFT PG248Q still on sale or is it on a specific day during this week? Don't seem to see it on sale atm.
Tested the card with a Battlefield 1 benchmark! Great temps :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LW18P3uAwM
Should of said manga actually, only real part I liked was episode 12 of S1, but yeah thanks :)
Mixed the arrows up smh.
Its amazing, its like griping a pillow lol
It was $420 with shipping on Newegg.
I decided to go with an i5-4460 since he's on a budget. We have a 1080p 60hz monitor atm so might upgrade in the future.
That sounds rad, I need a centipede decal now _
Mousepad was bought on Alliexpress and the wallpaper was found on google images. :)
Great budget keyboard if you love the color red. They have the k40 I believe with other color options as well.
Funny thing is when I built it, I put the GPU in and realized it blocked my SATA cable ports so I took it out and put it in the lower PCI port. I fixed it now so its on the top slot. The MOBO needs to state to put SATA connectors in first before placing in the graphics cards :/
Thanks! Yeah, I'll probably invest in a cooler later on :) Yeah, PSU was great deal and hasn't exploded yet xD
D: I apologize >.< Deleted parts.
Where is the combo deal located? Or i it whenever I buy a MoBo and CPU from Microcenter I get the discount?
I was planning on getting it for not only the performance but because it has a 5 year warranty compared to the 2 year warranty of the Blue Caviar. Would there be a difference if I'm using it as a HDD for my steam games?
A TOS in a contract, not a law. It is not illegal to breach a TOS and only a court can determine which, if any, of the terms are valid and a breach has occurred which can be remedied under contract law. Breaking this order, if one is issued, would be illegal but breaking a TOS is nowhere near that.
On a tight budget, would it be worth it?
I bought Windows 8.1 for $20 on Reddit and used a PID program to check its validity and its 100% valid. I was surprised myself and was a fantastic deal. I talked personally with the seller and he buys them in bulk and sells them for cheap. PM for more details. I can't gurantee all Reddit sellers are legitimate but the one I bought from was honest and gave me a key within 5mins of my transaction.
Just a standard Windows 8.1 64bit.
Gaming and 3D modeling (Maya).
Just looked at the price drops today and they're all the GTX980 for about $50 less. Hopefully the 970 gets a price drop but doubtful.
Sorry, I'll elaborate, is there a big CPU power difference between a mobile i7 and a desktop i5 CPU? I'm going to build a PC with an i5 most likely due to budget.

Trying for $1300 so I'm kind of tight on budget. Not sure if its better than my quad core i7-4700HQ on my laptop though.
I was thinking of adding a 2nd card for SLI down the road when possible.
bump, nice build :D
"May be worthwhile going for the GTX 970 and 144hz panel and when possible add the second GTX 970 when funds permit?" I was thinking of going for this route. The 144hz monitor is a big bonus in that build I made. My budget is a little under $1500, but that build saves me the most money I think with a monitor included compared to the other ones. I could upgrade to SLI later on as well. Problem is learning how lol
Thanks for the suggestions :)
Dang, that's a nice build mate! I forgot to mention I would be using 3D software like 3DSmax and Maya so I was considering 16GB. I wasn't gonna overclock either so a 4590 sounds like it would be enough. Without cooling, would the temps inside be alright with the GTX980?
Will keep that in mind. Sorry, one more question. If I add more storage since there are multiple bays will I need additional SATA cables or does the case have enough?
White Kingston Rams are nice :O
Love the choices! What do think about water cooling just in case? https://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h55 Its a bit more expensive but I'm not sure if it's needed but might keep my temps more down or does the cooler master surfice?
