With the hole machined in the case, they work good, a little loud compared to 120mm but for same performance you can keep them at lower speed.

go for the fastest Ram if your concern is performance. in this case the corsair vengeance lpx my have better value. Otherwise, the RGB is good and I had no issue with this ram

Not impress at all, they need to run below 900 rpm to be quiet, but they draw a lot of air so they cool

For the front panel i used a 5" hole saw, 3d printed Fan hub that i did at home, and then glued some black mesh from inside the panel i found on amazon https://www.amazon.ca/BQLZR-Cooler-Filter-Dustproof-Computer/dp/B01303JRQG/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1519414693&sr=1-1&keywords=140+black+mesh%3C

you can do that yourself! https://www.3dhubs.com/ is your best bet
