Yeah I had to pay 30% more than retail in order to pick one up. Worth it though, looks excellent

I’ve been thinking about this myself but haven’t made the effort yet to dismantle it all to test. I have a feeling it should be okay but with very minimal clearance.

I hadn’t thought about this. Going to give it a try and I’ll let you know what happens.

Thanks for the support - I couldn’t get the second cooler fan to fit at all even if I moved it up, so I just left it aside. Only touching 30c on idle and 60c under my most intense work loads, so the mass of the cooler by itself is doing most of the work for me.

Maybe, unless it is stated on your board list of features, you will probably need to buy something like a PCIE WiFi adapater which won’t set you back so much.

Got ya! Thanks for the feedback! It was a deliberate decision to pull the 24pin infront of the white bar, as I dont have any fans or rads up in the front. I wanted to fill out the space with something so thought I would pull that cable round and add the fake plant and 3D printed butterfly. I also like the aesthetic of conduits, hardlined and soft tubed water cooling, but couldnt afford it, and that one cable makes me feel like I am doing it somehow... Haha, keep on!

Hey, I picked it up from the Chinese eBay, taobao, from a seller in mainland China which ran me about ¥3500, which ends up being about £400 or £500 usd. Not the cheapest, but all the aftermarket cards look like crap compared with the FE, IMO.

Hey thanks for the support, they are actually just screenshots from the video I made, filmed on the DJI Osmo pocket. Tiny little gimbal stabilised 4K camera.
