what OS are you currently running? has the linux support for the 950 improved? i'm looking into an upgrade from my 7870 Ghz edition (mainly due to it not having the best linux support)

Have you tested temperatures while under load? I'm planning on buying that cooler if i cant get a second hand one for cheap. :P Also, that 13*c idle. stellar. xD

Contrary to most, I do believe your cable management is rather good for what you're dealing with. like... not even tying the cables to anything, if you bundled them up in two or three places it'd be as good as it gets without having a better case.

Comment reply on Sparkiie's Completed Build: Finished First Gaming Rig

thats.... about average ._. if it was like 35 or higher i'd worry, but considering the fan it comes with, 30 at idle on an intel proc is pretty damn good.

also consider ambient air temps and time of year. in my bedroom winter is about 30 degrees colder than autumn or spring. (**** summer man... t(>_>)t )

left and right click cause i really want to find one of the little nubs form old laptops to navigate the cursour with. x'D after moving from my old laptop to this one i cringed at the touch pad, and using a mouse for anything but gaming still feels odd. xD _^

usually the software side of making your own isnt all that difficult, just get a teensy and use some software to set thing up. (from what i know) i would still need another keyboard to set it up though.

ideally i'd have a model M off to the side on a separate panel of the desk. because if something went wrong id have my other fav keyboard at the ready. :D

i'd make a balanced mid range build in it. :D

4690s and a GPU that runs somewhat cool. so i can go passive as much as possible. go with that new dell 5k monitor. mainly workstation but i'd have like a 900p monitor off to the side for gaming. (i think its the perfect resolution if you're dealing with low framerates)
