Good, one intake fan on the bottom. And one out on top.
I made it myself, designed the parts in sw and then cut the parts in a milling machine
well, your saved parts list say Total: $1448.87 and you dont have any SSD, no custom liquid cooling, standard 120mm case fan. But as far as you are happy with it its cool. Its okay not to like my build.
the two main parts that causes heat is the mainboard with cpu and the gpu, there is good space between them, there is more space between them than a regular case, where the gpu is mounted on the motherboard.
thank you for your kind words. im glad that my build can be and inspiration for others. good luck with your build =)
there is a fan at the bottom for cold air intake and a fan on top for hot air to go out, there is no less space between the fans and the cover than a regular ATX case. the airflow is pretty good so it doesnt go so hot =)
i think i put it on 3
i did a 'blend' test on prime95. i have used the pc for a while now and its stille going strong without any issues with good temps
what? why shouldnt it be? i didnt think of the GPU temp but its 65-70 when im playing games. im using it every day playing games. when im not playing games it runs nicehash so the GPU is loaded almost 24/7...
You still don't have any clue of what material I'm using but still claim stuff. Odd.
I made my case myself but I changed my workplace so I can't do the parts myself anymore. even if I did it wouldn't be that cheap as you claimed or look as good as laser cut. Just look up the price for a tube measuring 250mm diameter and 455mm in height 5mm thick acrylic. it's expensive as hell even in the US
It's a strange behavior to claim something then say "I don't know the dimensions.." but you know the price? only the tube would cost me 80+ euros. If I don't buy several meters witch I won't. thanks for your suggestion then I guess, even though you have no clue.
I was going to order some of the parts from cotter.se
Where would you suggest I should get acrylic cut and milled cheaper?
No you didn't say where, you just claimed that the pieces would cost 150euro or less. Please share where I can get all the pieces for that price including the tube.
Well everyone have their opinion but you clearly doesn't know the price of "just some acrylic" just check the price for the tube, then you have the price for different thickness of acrylic 5-15mm, cutting, milling machining etc, there is a difference between making 1000 in china and 2-3 in a shop. But if you find the pieces for 150 euros please share :)
No i havent noticed any problems, i had that experience with 6600k with the same GPU
you got pm
it wasnt hard at all, probably the easiest part. its just straight pieces glued togheter with a special glue
There will be cases for sale
Hi, for now I'm going to keep it for myself, I'm working on mass production.
Thanks. We are thinking about same thing, a cover in the same shape that you just put over the bunch of cables. I made a mistak doing the hole where the cables go out too small so I couldn't fit all the cables, I have hdmi, and 2 USB extender cables coming out with one of them connected to a USB hub where I connect everything.
I'm working on my design so there won't be a problem to fit more cables through the hole with the ones I will make
Thanks, I'm having plans to make a few but there is some issues such as transport costs, it would cost around 100usd to send the package to USA.
Thank you for your support
I milled the structure and bottom and so, the cylinder is molded in a oven in two pieces..
The project took its time because i did everything after work
Hello, lucky you. There is a new stadium there now that's even better then the old one, Simao is gone but quaresma still play :)
Thank you. Everyone can do it, everyone that has a computer can learn to be more creative or use their creativity. We have 3D programs that allows us to build and shape stuff, we have videos that show how to, sites that we can learn from etc. everyone should at least try to use their creativity
Thanks. No its not with oil, it's not sealed everywhere so it's not possible to put oil in this one.
65c @ 4.7ghz in prime95
Come whoever you are
Beşiktaş jimnastik kulübü, founded 1903. Its sports club I'm supporting
it is possible, i have the design in my mind but all the cables would have to come out from the top then
a guy replyed to me on reddit with your dream case xD
its pretty cool
i will reveal them later maybe after i decide what im going to do with the design
Thanks. unfortenetly i live in sweden and the market isnt so big here, i wish i were in USA sometimes
here is your pickle jar https://i.imgur.com/96qfLay.jpg
it's not air tight so it wouldn't be possible.. I don't have any experience with oil either so no
Alright, good to know what it's valued if I proceed to make a couple of more. Thanks
How much would you consider paying for one? I'm thinking about maybe create a few to sell
Well everyone doesn't have to like it, when it comes to the color, I can change it to whatever I want with a push on a button, so I don't see that as Ann issue. Here is one example https://i.imgur.com/w76Vysf.jpg
No, but the fans does
Too bad I don't live in USA then, I'm from Sweden and i think the market here isn't big enough to making any real money on it sadly, in the future when more people sees it maybe I can sell a few
It's quite good, I have ambient temp around 20c and the CPU is oc to 4.7ghz and reached max 65c degrees in prime95
I thought about two cylinders and have liquid between as an reservoir but ididnt do anything like that because of the condensation risk, I have the case in an cold environment
then maybe i shouldnt post more photos xD.. there is a few more added now
more photos added
more photos added now
