awesome build, and super tasteful RGB
lol, i wish..... maybe someday ;)
The parts all perform great... not a huge fan of the case though. If i was to do it again I would get a much better case and paint it pink.
Love the build!! You should probably flip your top two fans to blow out instead of in. In its current configuration you’re creating positive air pressure inside your computer and decreasing the effectiveness of your wraith cooler. Flip those puppies around and you’ll note a slight peer for acne boost.
That's a great point, and I definitely considered it. I just really wanted to go with an Intel processor. I am definitely hoping to do an Threadripper build soon.
coral read would be super fun. It's all about finding the right case... or painting it yourself
hahaha love it. I WILL be getting an RGB mousepad and headphone stand from corsair in the near future.
Wish I had kept..... 0w0
TBH I had zero control over what monitor he picked and would not recommend it. Looks good in photos but he went really cheap.
Yeah, I got the i7 8086K on a really good deal and the biggest drawback of the build was the limited motherboards that were available in white. I think if there is ever gonna be an upgrade the first thing to go would be the motherboard.
In the future if I ever decide to customize cases, this would definitely be top on the list. If you were to break it down and maybe change some of the panels or increase airflow it would be super easy and in my book make this one of my top 5 cases. Only downside is some pieces feel a little flimsy/cheap.
Hahahaha! I love that someone actually noticed that. Made my day.
Its an Acer monitor nothing to fancy. Just cheap and white.
Its soooo sexy, but definitely not clean unless you want to put in the work. The main problem with this case is the cable management. The entire back is glass and has only a tiny sleeve for cables. Took what felt like a lifetime to finally get it to a point where I was happy. I still love it though even if I wouldn't do it again.
Nice case choice, I went with the same. I am curios what the back of the PC looks like cable management wise hahaha. Also you went with corsair RGB everything but the RAM, is there a reason behind that? Also you need to switch the directions of the fans on the top of the case, those should be blowing out instead of in.
I have the same fans, if you are serious about RGB, thats the way to go.
Nice build! One thing I know I learned the first time was matching RGB software. Maybe would have gotten the Corsair RGB Ram? I guess it depends a lot on the prices of each. Anyways, I love it welcome to the RGB club
Absolutely beautiful. I would have loved to see it hardlined or at least with some of the tubes exposed you have SO MUCH surface area to make some sexy patterns with tubes or wires.
Gotta love the attention to detail and well placed holes. Beautiful piece of art right there. Is it easy to access the parts for future repairs, cleaning, or upgrades?
What's your take on the Wraith Ripper? And good luck on the hard line, gonna be a lot of work but should be sexy AF. Can't wait to see the final pictures.
I was definitely prepared for a build like this for a couple months. We just didn't have the luxury to wait around for 2080 Ti availability to crop up, whether that was a week or eight. :(
Not my own money luckily. Hahaha
yes, though the thread count is high compatibility and being able to maximize the output was a concern for the use-case.
It probably would, I know they have the mounts for it. however i don't know if I would test that theory with anything other than a corsair product just to be safe.
YEs and even though the thread count is super high I'm still skeptical about the perfomance to price for most task. Both would be great for a build in this price range.
lol thanks, I sold the PC so i wasn't able to take better pics. Honestly, really mad about that
