adding a card in CFX or SLI doesn't add any additional memory, all it does is enable the two actual GPU chips to work in tandem.....with the primary card's memory pool

how's that ASUS 280X?

I've heard there's a lot of artifacts while playing some last-gen games (Skyrim, BF:BC2 etc)

Hahaha it is overkill....

Its a long story, involving my first computer, a crappy power supply, and several tears on my part as the system bit the dust..... We can call it...."overcompensation" ;)

I'm chomping at the proverbial bit!! Looking forward to so much next year; Oculus Rift, this computer, and finally being able to drink like an Irishman again!

This'll be the first build I've done from the ground up... Twill be interesting!
