He took the time to photoshop it as well, so not quite a true representation.

But very well done.

Wow. Impressive.

Well done on everything. PCPARTPICKER, CYCLING BUILDER, WATER INFRASTRUCTURES.

I see a pattern leading to something bigger. Not to take away from anything so far. Absolutely fabulous job all around, but does the future include 'electric car builder' and 'small molded solar home builder"?

You're setting such a good example.

Cheers

Was planning on the RTX 2070, but decided to just go with the 1070 and upgrade when the 2nd gen RTX (or whatever they call it) come out as I don't game all that much nowadays. And thermal is also part of the concern.

I agree though they did not answer me on that and I failed to follow up. The 2080 might still be on my horizon though.

I had asked them three questions.

First was why I couldnt access the step up option. Second, why I couldnt access the extended warranty. And thirdly, what amount I would be credited for if I did step up to a 2080.

LIke I said, no progress made on that last part, sorry. Although if I find out Ill post up.

Im interested.

I think 650 as it was ebay that gave the discount, not evga. I will try to ask when they get back to me about my extended warranty and step up for mine.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/PNY-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1080-8GB-/142913915952

The link I gave is the cheapest buy it now 1080 on ebay, new.

Its 399.99 plus 18.48 shipping.

The link you gave had five 1080's, but they sold out right away. Its no longer available.

While there has been some sales here and there--$526 1080 ti, $296 1070 ti, and your 1080's above, the going rate for 1080s seem to be $429-$479, or around $450. Not $350...

Still waiting for 1080's to be at $350, and ti at $550, OR evga hybrid 1080 to be $450, or an evga hybrid 1080ti ftw3 to be $600-650.

Looks like a long wait still.

I would up the watts and go gold. At LEAST 500-600 or more. Fully moduar PSU's will have cords too, just not connected ones, that way you can use what you need and have less clutter. But yeah if you dont mind saving money you dont have to get modular.

But here a reviewer says his corsair vengence does not fit without losing a fan, which he ditched to make it fit.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13C-001F-00027

Another said his Gskills ripjaw sticks fit.

Maybe your ram will not fit unless you adjust the cooler fan, or maybe youll have to remove the cooler fan, or pick different ram.

You could look up the ripjaw height and use it as a base and crosscheck the ram you want to see.

The Dell is a TN panel, but seems to get a lot of bites...
