from completed build Black Ice HTPC
I used this fan in my Ryzen Stealth build and I was really happy with its performance and looks, not to mention decently priced for what you get. Nice and silent which is important for an HTPC. Too bad I cheaped out on the CPU cooler and went with stock as that is the loudest fan in the PC.

from completed build Pandora - Box with only Good Things
The ones I have are actually orange. They come with little rubber grommet things as an option for the screws, supposedly to reduce noise further, but these things are remarkably quiet, even at high speeds. The rubber feet are impossible to get in anyway, and I was quite happy to use my existing screws.

from completed build Dark Blue
Blue LED, not into your eyes, but attractive enough. That's aside, it's very silent ~17dB.

from completed build Artech Storm: Challenger
They look good in my case, and seem to move a decent amount of air. I'm not sure, but I think they're also quieter than my default case fans. Don't expect a Noctua-like setup, but for adding a bit of light to your build, these are great.
