Beast of a GPU and fairly silent most of the time, cooling solution is top notch

This one came down to bang-for-buck with aesthetic & stability (vs AMD 5700XT) as a tiebreaker. This took me to my absolute limit on how much I was willing to spend on a GPU. With the new gens on the horizon, my lack of interest in going past 1440p 144Hz gaming and the games of choice being a mix of retro, modern, and a bit of AAA (CS:Go, Smite, LoL, DOTA2, Apex, D3, C&C series, SC & SC2, Shogun2 Total War, FF series; FFXV being probably the most modern one I play as Cyberpunk, D4, or FF7 Remake are not released yet..) I wanted to be able to play on max settings with little to no grief, without getting into 2080S or 2080ti territory. This can do a good enough job for my needs. Was on sale as well.

Why 4 stars: Price. GPU's are hella expensive for what they are. This is probably out of reach for some people yet is just barely on the "top" tier.

Bought it at the Same Price as the RTX 2060 Super , The Card runs very cool , not exceeding 62c in gaming , with turbo boost 2.0 ramping to a constant 1950MHz

from completed build A1 - Plus ULTRA!!!

This GPU FITS IN THIS CASE. THERE IS NO CLEARANCE FROM THE BOTTOM BUT TGE FANS SPIN WITHOUT ANY RESISTANCE!!! Stays COLD!!!!Great card, beefy cooler and otb OCd. could probaly turn up voltage but didnt feel the gains were worth the wor wanted to be able to run most everything on ultra @1440p. Also I don't want 500 different RGB controllers so its gonna be G.Skill, Aura Sync and iCUEk. This was my very first personal build, don't judge.

from completed build My 2019 1080P Gaming Build .

Value for money and it can handle immense pressure on 1080P gaming.

from completed build Stealth with lights - First build

Working like a dream so far. Overclocks +125Mhz with no issues and doesn't really get hot (haven't seen it over 70 C). Programmable RGB using the Asus software. I have mine benchmarked around a 2080. Love my experience with this card so far. Would probably give it 4.5 stars due to the supply voltage LEDs that turn on when there is power to each PCIe port that are super bright and prevalent coil whine when this thing is pushing out high frames.

Notes: When the 3 fans are spinning near 70% this thing sounds like its ready to take off. Avoid using fans that high if you want a quieter experience and can sacrifice a few degrees.

Great card I've been running games like Assassin's Creed Odysee at 3840 x 2160 max settings and temps don't go above 70. Frames are around 60.

from completed build My First Build (Old Build)

Originally had a 1060 before this card but decided to upgrade. Both cards rocked, but the 2070 super is wild. It runs a little hot on 1440p, but with 2 displays it barely even struggled.
