600 - 1300 RPM
12.5 - 22.19 dB
HDB (Hydro Dynamic Bearing)
- Super silent 14cm fan with S-FLOW blades supplying 30% more airflow than a standard fan at the same speed. The greater performance combined with PWM automatic speed control allows the fan noise to be kept to a minimum.
- Max static air pressure: 2.76 mm H2O
- Voltage rating: 12V DC
- Fan life expectancy: 50,000 hours

Great price-performance ratio, but they produce an audible PWM ticking noise that is hard to ignore at low RPMs.

I was skeptical about these fans at first because they aren't super popular but they are very nice. They push a good amount of air and are very quiet and low rpms. They are PWM too.

Silent! Good for situations where static pressure is needed!

Works great as intake for my case, since the room for intake is very closed or has not much space. Would work great for radiators too.

Pretty quiet yet seems to move a lot of air. Sleeved cables are nice. The rubber things to install them look a bit odd, but hey, it works.

Nice 140's. Well-made and pretty quiet (can hardly hear them at normal speeds).

This fan surprised the hell out of me. I didn't think an $11.99 fan would work this well. But I am happily surprised. It is fairly quiet, with a headset on you won't notice anyway, so who cares! Comes with rubber screws (if that is what you call the rubber things you pull through) which took me a while to figure out but once I got it they are super convenient and I wish my other fans had them.

Got it from a thrift shop for this price, and am very satisfied! Cool and moves a lot of air! My only issue with it is that the wire BARELY made it to the mobo. I had to reorient it several times and it still is almost stretching. Not sure whether to blame it on this, the mobo, or the case, however

Quite good for the price to cfm to loudness ratio
