from completed build Black and white build .
Not much to say about it it supplies power . Its an overkill but it is a left over from previous build so I had no reason to buy another .

from completed build Skraydd's build
Again, it's over-overkill, but I bought this PSU a looong time ago, when I was planning to get a 3-Way SLI of Titan X. It was before Nvidia announced that it was not possible to have more than 2 cards in SLI anymore, so yeah, it was a while ago. But at least, the fan never spins, and gues what.. It's silent !

from completed build Zeus - Dual Xeon Development Box
Quiet, runs cool, modular, high power. Meets all my present needs and has enough capacity for future expansion plans of my dual Xeon workstation. No cons so far.

from completed build MSi X99 Godlike Gaming / aka Swan Song
I honestly don't see the point in spending extra money on the AX1200i when the HX1200i does the same exact thing minus the modification of digital rail power output vs analog. In a consumer build like mine and not a power hungry server this will get'r done.

from completed build It was a good time to upgrade
Definitely overkill for this build, but it was cheaper than there next two steps down in rated capacity for the HXi line at the time of purchase. Zero RPM mode is a wonderful thing. One thing to note it's the Corsair sleeved power cables 24 pin is NOT compatible with this unit, learned that the hard way. All other cables are however, and the original 24 pin is a decent quality and black, no ketchup and mustard with this one. Still, the black and white individually sleeved would have looked nice. I may try my hand at making my own in the future.

from completed build Sexy X99 980ti SLI 4K Gaming Monster w/ Build Video!
I actually didn't like working with this PSU too much. They shoulda added SATA/PATA/PERI labelling on the psu itself like the evga NEX series do. And the cables should be labelled the same rather than type whatever. Like it should be standard, especially from something this "high end." Plus it's MASSIVE, took up room at the bottom so the 240mm rad couldnt be mounted its just there chilling. of course its not gonna be move but yeah, size matters. lol. In terms of the PSU quality and the supply itself, its great though. and its not like its incompatible with everything, just do your research before picking one up.

from completed build Deep Blue Sea
This is overkill for my system, but it was the same price as all the other HX link models at the time of purchase, so I thought, why not. Takes up a bit more space in my case than its 850/750 counterparts, but it still fits and does its job without making much noise, if at all. I will probably be able to keep this unit for the foreseeable future.
