This is a great, affordable high refresh rate monitor. It's basically the 27" version of the Asus VG248; both run at 1080p 144hz and have screen height adjustment and swivel base. Unfortunately, it's a TN panel (IPS panels having better color reproduction) and lacks G-Sync or FreeSync, but it's still a big step up from your average 1080p 60hz monitor. I use NVIDIA DSR to use this at 1440p in Windows 10 and in certain games which can still hit high frame rates at high graphics settings at that resolution, as DSR is effectively a really good form of anti-aliasing (many newer games come with a "super-sampling anti-aliasing" setting which is essentially the same thing). The step up from here is a 1440p 144hz (or higher) IPS monitor with G-Sync, which is over twice as expensive at the moment; I plan on getting one eventually when prices drop, but I'm very happy with this monitor's performance and don't feel a need to upgrade soon.
