Great quality while not being over-expensive

This was definitly an overkill power supply for my build. Atleast I'm definitly ready for to upgrade my CPU & GPU without having to buy a new power supply. Watching your power consumption rise and fall live is a nice feature, even if it's not always available after every restart, at least for me. The included power cables are of excellent quality so if you don't mind black, there's really no need to buy sleeved cables.

Don't skimp on your PSU. Get this. Modularity means that you only need to attach what you use, its quiet, and I haven't found a need for anything over 1k watts (yet). No cons, the money you'll spend for 80+ platinum will pay its weight over months of energy bills.

Corsair HX1000i is plenty for everything I have in this case and will support anything else I decide to throw into this case in the future.

Great PSU - though doubt I ever utilize it to the full potential for the platinum rating. Had to change from the 750W to 1000W when went dual cards

Nice and quiet platinum rated PSU that will be enough for most people's builds.

I used Corsair Link with this, and I'm happy on the performance side. On the aesthetic side, the cables it comes with look UUUUUGLLLY! But don't feel like spending $200 on custom cables with nice looking sleeves, so I have to accept the fact that my cables are ugly =\

Rock solid, looks nice, runs quiet. Stock cables are all black, which worked for my black and red themed build, but even though they aren't very thick, they aren't as flexible as I was hoping.
