Pros + Completely passive (no fans on the motherboard) + Gorgeous looks + Right angle connectors + 10GB Ethernet + Comes with a plethora of extras (RGB Fan commander etc.)

Cons - The LEDs on the motherboard are rather dull; at full brightness, they are visible, but barely - Half of the heatsink has to be removed if you want to install more than one M.2 SSD - The six pin accessory power on the bottom of the motherboard is not right angle. This means that you cannot install practically any card in the bottom slot without modding the card or without a special right angle adapter (which is not included).

I believe X570 will be the flagship chipset for both 3rd gen and 4th gen Ryzen (also the last flagship chipset for Socket AM4), similar to X399 being the chipset for 1st gen and 2nd gen Ryzen Threadripper. I plan to start streaming occasionally after moving to a larger apartment after a couple of years, so an upgrade to 16-core 4th gen Ryzen processor is already in the 1st place of my wish list. So, this MB's direct 16-phase VRM design attracted me to make this investment.

from completed build It was a good time to upgrade

I'm loving this motherboard, I'm in the process of seeing up a home network and am really excited about 10g being natively supported. No fan on X570 is also a pretty big deal, the whole board is basically one big heat sink. So much connectivity,a nd it's all at right angles down the right side, a dream for cable management. Why haven't I seen something that simple, yet effective before now? The only problem I have is that it only had ONE USB 2.0 hub, what the h*** is that

from completed build Ryzen 3800X Durable Build

undeniably high quality. Hard to install because it is so heavy and has no sensible point to lift it by. The software utilities are clunky as always but the actual build is high end. Only concern is the built in heatsink for the NVMe is not making good contact with the SSDs - i removed the heatsink and used a dedicated one for my primary SSD, but the other may not get the cooling I'd hope.
