from completed build So, I did a thing...

First day I bought these fans I didn't bother with setting a fan curve. BIG MISTAKE. For a solid week my PC was louder than the interior was louder than a straight piped S-Chassis with a stripped interior. Once I figured out how to setup a fan curve in NZXT CAM, my PC runs quieter than a white person stealing grated cheese from the fridge at 2AM

These are awesome fans! It felt like my rig was going to take flight at full speed.

Best Fan i have ever had. RPM up to 3000 for the best cooling. and down to about 1600 with voltage regulation and to 700 with PWM. So when i turns with about 700rpm it is almostsilent for me. but this is a subjectiv opinion, keep that in mind.

Nice fans. They move quite a bit of air at full RPM and don't make much noise at 2K and they look great with the Chormax attachment. They also are water proof so you can just pop them out of your case and rinse them off with water if you want to clean them. They are great fans overall.

kinda loud, and without the right software to control them, its rough

I love the black, I replace the brown rubber with black rubber

I use AI suite 3 from ASUS to mange the fans so they are nice and quiet. I can also set the fans to maximum, which I mostly only do for overclock testing / benchmarking purposes....

or if I want to move the air in my 25 x 17 foot room around... . .

2 of these and 5 140 mm's hooked up to a silverstone fan hub, and they all went full tilt 100%, i swear to you i could barely hear myself think. I went to the backyard and i promise you i could easily still hear my pc with the back door shut and all windows closed, albeit i was sitting in a chair right outside the back door and my pc is in my dining room about 5 ft from the back door. after fixing this full tilt problem these fans still push a tremendous amount of air and are pretty quiet also, i would definitely recommend getting a few of these if you are looking at them #brwnFanMR

from completed build First PC - Mixed use

Noctua has been amazing in terms of the airflow it can produce - if you need really fast airflow and don't mind some noise, these are the fans for you. Works great on my Hyper 212 EVO and pushes so much air straight through that I don't have my back case fan running until the CPU hits 60C
