Wanted to go with a Corsair keyboard because of lighting customization and ended up with this one. The wrist rest is comfortable, nice brushed metal, and A LOT of options for lighting in their software. Comes with onboard memory to save lighting profiles on them, however only basic lighting profiles can be stored on it.

Not an expert of keyboard switches. But I guess these cherry mx speed switches are good, especially for FPS games, which is my goal. I picked K95 simply because there is a good deal on Amazon. Same price with K70 at $139 with 6 more global keys. Though I don't think I will ever need them, it doesn't hurt.

Great lighting, wish it was a bit brighter. Macro keys get in the way of FPS controls. In my case, I use the "ctrl" key for hold crouching in FPS games, and my pinky hits the bottom macro key every time I actuate that.

Not all games support mapping of the macro keys. If you're super experienced with macro binding it might work for you though.

A great keyboard with an amazing feel. Came with extra key caps for Q,W,E,R,A,S,D in a silver/grey coloring that feel great. I personally only used the WASD. It came with a tool to remove the caps easily.

Expensive than others, but worth every penny. Top-notch quality from Corsair!

Rolls Royce of gaming keyboards. Lights don't get that bright, and macro keys get in the way.

I was torn between this and the BlackWidow keyboard by Razer, but this keyboard really stuck my self-diagnosed OCD with its clean cut edges and well cut parts. If you care for aesthetic I would definitely recommend this keyboard, even if it means shelling out the extra bucks.

Love the mx speeds, they're great for typing and gaming. Build quality is pretty good, and the macros are nice to have. The rgb has some dead zones, though, and I don't think my product is faulty. Either way, this should last me a while!
