Very little to no coil whine. No driver issues. Feels like I won the 5700 XT lottery. Runs hot because of it's position in the case, but it's more of a H210 issue rather than the GPU's fault.

from completed build Dr Ząber Sentry 2.0

Review specific for the Sentry 2.0 build.

Everyone told me to avoid this one. It is noisy they said, and you can go open air anyway in that case. There is not much RX 5700 XT that does fit the Sentry. All references models, the PowerColor Dual Fan ( not the Red Dragon ) and the Asrock Challenger.

    - So i did try the RTX 2070 EVGA Super Black Gaming ( open air cooled )

It does work amazingly fine, it is silent, the fan does stop at idle, and at full charge it does spin fast, at something you cannot call "silent", the GPU itself run at good temperature, but the case itself is really hot. Like you can't touch it hot.

    - Then i tried the RX 5700 XT, with the blower

And i was immediately disappointed, where's my jet engine ? No the fan doesn't stop at idle, but it run at 800 rpm and you can't hear it. Yes at full load it is slightly louder than the RX 2070 Super. But none of them are silent anyway. You can both hear them, and can't hear them with a headset.

But my case is cold ! I tried both in the Sentry and my Silverstone ML08, and my cases never been that cold. Motherboard temperature are also noticeably better with the blower GPU. So i keep it !

from completed build "Night Stalker" Ryzen Build

Alright, just to be fair. I have the Gigabyte RX 5700XT with the windforce cooler. This site didn't have mine listed, guess it's too new. The price is very similar, and I guarantee it out performs the blower style cooler.
