It's been a while since I built a PC so I was pretty blown away by modern mobo features. Crazy graphic BIOS with every tweaker setting known to man, cool looking heat sinks, M2 interface, it's great. Kind of surprising wireless isn't standard though.

One issue I had: Turning on Intel Rapid Storage sounds like a good idea right? Nope, Windows kept giving me INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE with this on. Took me forever to figure out the problem. I guess it's only for RAID setups.

An excellent board. A nice budget board that offers some of the higher end features. Well built and easy to build with.

Decent board, M.2 support for when I actually buy a gum stick storage drive. Excellent SupremeFX on board audio that's actually insulate from the rest of the board to prevent interference. Chipset and VRMs stay cool enough to keep my overclock stable. For twice the price, I feel that a high end board would not achieve much more than this one did.

Has pretty much all the core features you need in a motherboard without being expensive, or being too 'budget'. Between Asus & Gigabyte they've got the non-extreme Enthusiast level locked up.

Great features for a relatively budget Mobo. Many nice ROG feature for cheaper price.

Basically a Z97-A with a red color scheme, overclocks well and has a nice layout. Easily works with most builds.

The bios on this motherboard is just simple and easy to use. It was so easy to set everything up and determine what everything meant in the bios as a beginner.
