I am looking for a PC that can handle primarily web based office rating, lots of google doc use, some youtube uploading, photoshop as well as some light gaming to keep me sane. Minecraft, Bioshock, steam games.

would like to stay at $500.

I was thinking about an APU like the a10-7850k but didnt know if it would be better to go with a cpu & dedicated gpu.

The R7 260X is more powerful than the integrated graphics on the 7850K and it is more powerful than a GTX 750 Ti. If you can give more me detail about you will be doing with Photoshop if could potential save you more money. If you need a OS or anything else I can squeeze it for you.
