1 980 is better than SLI 760s. 120 GB SSD which is less than the 60 GB SSD. 4th gen i5, witch a better CPU cooler.

Swap that CPU for a 4th gen one (ideally the i5 4690K), and toss the 760s for a single 980.

I would get a i5-4690k and any z97 mobo. Other than that, I think you're good.
