Best GPU Upgrade (Bang for buck)?

I have a Ryzen 7 2700(non x) with 16 gbs of 3000 mhz ram and a gtx 1060 6gb. I mostly play Rust, Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch, Ark occasionly, and other Esports titles/indie survival games. I have a 1080p 144hz gsync monitor and was wondering what the best bang for my buck graphics card would be to hit 144hz on high settings on these games. Id prefer an nvidia card since my monitor has gsync (as in a built in gsync module) though im not opposed to amd cards if its better for the money.

1660 Super or 2060 would be your next upgrade steps.

Giving up frame syncing and taking on their current drivers isn't worth any slight frame rate difference an AMD card might offer over an NVidia.

I would suggest a Rtx 2060 or 2070 super depending on your budget
