My first build I need help I don’t know if my power supply will support my motherboard.

My motherboard spec sheet said it requires : 1 x 24-pin ATX main power connector 1 x 8-pin ATX 12V power connector 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V power connector

That's an additional CPU power connector for extreme overclocking purposes. So you don't need to connect that additional 4-pin CPU power connector.

And with that being said, that PSU you selected will do the job just fine.

Now if you insist to connect that supplemental 4-pin CPU power connector, then you must change to a different PSU, like the below.
