Swapping SSD to a new PC, Do I need to do anything with windows?

So I am going to build a PC soon, and I am going to use the same SSD as my last system. But I was just wondering, (1) Do I need to do anything with windows or will it just automatically switch motherboards? (2) Do I need to uninstall drivers? If so, can you tell me how I can do this? Edit: I just realized I have an OEM product key, will that change anything?

You might be able to get MS to transfer the license but apparently that's a hit-or-miss thing.
