Is it okay if the wifi card goes into this pcie slot?

There’s another slot that’s a perfect fit, but it is uncomfortably close to the GPU. There’s a larger slot that also fits, but I’m not sure if it’ll work.

If it's PCIe slot that physically fits, it'll work, no matter what. What matters is bandwidth

What WiFi card is it? If you're worried about airflow to the graphics card, you could try using one of the lower PCIe slots - but those usually have lower bandwith, and could bottleneck internet speeds
