How can I hear multiple audio sources through the same headset?

I've always wondered this and tried searching around for this, but I could never find anything or get a straight answer. But if it is possible, how can I hear all my different audio sources from my consoles and PC through just 1 headset? Do I need certain equipment? As of right now, I have my PC audio and my Nintendo Switch audio coming through the same headset. I have an aux cable running from my Switch to the back of my PC, but I only have 1 of those jacks on my PC, so I can't add my PS4 or my Xbox One. Could I make this possible with some kind of 3.5mm audio jack hub? What do I need??

You're gonna need some kind of mixer.

How much are you willing to spend?

I don't really have a limit honestly. I was considering an XLR mic as well, but I also wouldn't mind a mixer that works good independently without an XLR mic.
