Move boot drive to SSD?

Does anyone know how to switch a Windows 10 boot drive to an SSD from a hard drive? Do I have to reinstall it or something else?

There are several software packages that are made to do just what you are asking. First make sure that the SSD has enough capacity with some room to grow, make a backup of all your important data and Google the process for doing what are asking about, use the word migrate Windows 10. Depending on what kind of system you are using you may want/need to change the cables so the new drive is your C: drive.
