how much are you planning to spend I have a evga gtx 1060 that has yet to fail but it should of under the conditions I was using it and my friend has a gigabyte rx 580 that works great and overclocked very well I got 200mhz boost on the core and 250 on the memory if your planning on getting a higher end 2080 then id say gigabyte but if your trying to save a little then evga is your best bet

the evga 2080 looks kinda gross in my opinion, gigabyte is good.
