I heard somewhere that mounting the H100i CPU cooler in a 570x is incompatible with high profile RAM.

Can anyone confirm or deny?

I'm planning to build with an ATX MOBO (probably MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC) and install my already purchased Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM 2x8GB sticks. Would this be compatible with said cooler in said case when mounted up top?

I saw the new white edition H100i RGB PLATINUM SE showcased on Corsair's website in my hopeful configuration with what seems to be my RAM, and it seemed fine. However, MOBO seemed to be MSI B360M MORTAR TITANIUM so I don't know if that compatibility is dependent on the motherboard choice...

Picture I'm referring to (my dream setup basically): https://cwsmgmt.corsair.com/pdp/h100i-rgb-platinum-se/Video/H100i_Platinum_RainbowWave.gif

The radiator of the Corsair H100i Pro and H100i RGB Platinum have the same thickness of 27mm and they using the same ML Series fans too. (the H100i Pro without RGB) :)

I suppose it must be able to fit since I've seen many builds working with it. Thank you!

It should fit, yes. :)
