I have a gtx 1060 overclocked to 2.0GHZ and gpu memory clocked to 8088MHZ, is this a mild overclock because i just want a little bit of boost.

2000Mhz is ridiculously high, not mild.

ok, my gpu core clock is 1.6 with a boost of 1.8 but for some reason (without the software) it is boosting up to 1.9,

quick question, i m a noob at overclocking and i use evga XOC, in the software there is a voltage slider but it is measured in percentages, does say, 5% mean 5% of allocated voltage?
