I have a gtx 1060 and I am getting evga xoc overclocking software and was wondering if anywhere on any of the sliders a safe spot? Sorry for the silly question

GPU overclocking is fool proof. It is next to impossible to kill a GPU from overclocking (unless you use a bios hack).

The only thing that you could do wrong is put in a bad oc. But even that won't kill your card. Here is a video that might help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qn6sf-U2rQ
