So I installed Phanteks LED strips a couple weeks ago and the problem I'm having with them is that they shine the exact opposite color to the LED colors on my motherboard. I have the MSI B450 Tomahawk and I use Mystic Light Sync. When I'm in the software, there is no option for separate colors for the LED strips. So whenever I choose a color, it's supposedly supposed to be the same for both the LED strip and the motherboard LED. Well they both end up being opposite colors. The LED strips are connected to the RGB header on my monitor. Is there something I'm missing or is this what I was supposed to expect?

Funny, I have the exact same problem with the p400S strip and my Asrock X370. Try putting it in the LED header for your CPU cooler if its not already populated

You can calibrate the strip to change the colours. Check this video: https://youtu.be/b7yxrF6grMY
