What should I upgrade.

Christmas is coming soon, so it is time for some upgrades.
I game heavily with my current build and do a little 3d modeling.
Basically, I want to know what I should upgrade?

I want to make a custom loop, but I am being advised against it.
I want to liquid cool for aesthetics purposes; many are saying it is pointless because of my parts, but I honestly don't care. If/When I get new parts (CPU/GPU) in the future, I'd just need a new block for each of them...right?

I plan on switching cases, but that switch is dependent upon if I do a custom loop.
If I do, I might go with this:

If not, I might go with this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112583
(Yes, I know it is used a lot for liquid cooling too. This is more of a case for the future if I don't liquid cool now, since I eventually will...)

So, it is down to either one of these:
-Liquid Cool
-Upgrade CPU / GPU and/or Add More Storage and/or Add More RAM (Cuz RAM is pretty dang gr8).

Finally, my budget w/o the price of the case taken out is $800 USD. Thanks...

(Edit) Also, I have heard rumors of a EKWB Black Friday sale of some form?
