SO currently i have the logitech g700(black version w/o the fancy design version) for many years now lol... idk maaybe since 2010..

  • it still works... the tape that acts like a friction on mousepads are all gone now lol..

  • buttons still work..

  • although both left and right click buttons sometimes does not respond properly..

  • sometimes they are quite sensitive; like with left click with create multiple chrome tabs when i only clicked once..

  • sometimes they respond slowly; like both left and right clicks doesn't respond quickly and i have to press on the lower portion to have them respond..

  • these problems so far are not a big deal while playing for me, especially in fps.. i just figure out the sweet spot on which sides to press on both left and right clicks...

anyways i'm looking at possibly new mouse this upcoming black friday.. and bestbuy have some ads listed already for BF..

  • G502 proteus spectrum is advertised @ $34.99

  • G900 Chaos Spectrum @ $69.99

  • G402 Hyperion Fury @ $19.99

  • G403 @ $34.99

  • Corsair M65 Pro @$29.99

so which of these is the one i should get??? and likely any better mice than these ones i've listed???

i'll be playing mostly fps, with some strat and rpg games..

any tips are greatly appreciated..

Zowie EC-1, for fps games you'll love it

I personally use the M65 PRO FPS which is a bit more than the regular M65 PRO but I absolutely love it. It's super comfortable and very adjustable in terms of DPI, weight and macro buttons. I have larger hands so it's hard for me to find a mouse that is comfortable to use for extended periods of time.

Now, I'm actually looking at either the G502 Proteus Spectrum or the new G502 HERO for my next build.

I agree with ProbablyProdigy, the Corsair M65-PRO FPS is a great mouse.

If you are still looking try looking at the Corsair Harpoon. Little bit on the more cheaper side but it is a great budget mouse. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tsCrxr/corsair-harpoon-rgb-wired-optical-mouse-ch-9301011-na

Definitely get a new one, though I'll let others make recommendations as to which one

G900 is basically a G502 with an ambidextrous shell and an extra button.
