HW Monitor Temps going overboard?

So I was playing siege earlier, and when I backed out and checked my temps for my motherboard, it showed my SYSTIN temperature was normal, but TMPIN5 was going at 109 degrees Celsius. But the other TMPIN were normal. do I need put more fans in my pc? I currently have two phanteks fans and the AMD Ryzen 5 Wraith CPU cooler. I couldn't find the CPU Temps, only showed the package which was below 75 degrees.

Some mainboard sensors are usually unused (as in no thermistor connected to the chip) and report weird temperatures. You can also use HWiNFO to monitor your temperatures, maybe it is able to read the missing CPU temp values.

TMPIN5 is generally not used and it will report random temps
