Delidding 7700k

SubNauticaWaterWorld47

I have overclocked my 7700k to 5.0GHz at 1.335v but my 7700k even with the h115i on performance mode can hit the high 80s rather quickly. What kit and thermal compound would you recommend for the delid?

Conductonaut has a good rep for delidds. Have not used myself, just know of its reputation.

Or Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra and Coollaboratory Liquid Pro are also good ones.

I use Conductonaut as mentioned by gorkti200 for the delid process and on the IHS / CPU block, Kyronaught does a very nice job when delidding of dropping temps.
