I have a b350 chipset MBO and a 1600x Which I have already purchased and are doing a build. Say the 2000 series ryzen processors come out and I like one do I have to change MBO to put one in? Or will it be compatible?

If you update the BIOS from your existing Ryzen board to the latest available version, it will be compatible.

BIOS v.3805 if you have an ROG Strix B350-F Asus board and you're ready to roll. ;)
