I was wondering how to show the parts in a parts list in a forum without sending link

I'm not sure what you mean...

if you go to your part list (that one you're editing right now) you'll see a gray bar below the blue Current Part List title.

You'll find things here:

  • Permalink: the URL of the build that you can share with others
  • Markup: different markups (texts) you can copy and paste and they will be formatted if the servers/forums support those specific markups.

The markups tend to have a link as well (which you can manually remove if you want to).

An example of the output of a copy-pasted markup text would look like this:

To the right of permalink is "Markup." Click the one for PCPP/Reddit and paste it like this:
