No, you would need LN2 and a much much beefier board. Ryzen is a very poor overclocker. You may hit 4.0Ghz or if you are extremely lucky 4.1Ghz.

Although don't get the H60, its awful for how it costs.

The M12II is like 8 years old, its not a good choice anymore.

Don't get a GTX 1080 for 1080P, its a total waste. Get a more reasonable card and put that money back into the build.

Where is the SSD?

Assuming this is for gaming don't get a cheap mouse.

Why would you switch CPU's? That won't fix the PSU, GPU, cooler, mouse, or SSD issue. Your CPU is fine.

Budget is around $1560 CAD. I’m getting the GPU at this super weird web called genericcomputer.ca. Its ACTUALLY a legit place I went to there warehouses before
